The Great Fanart Search! 9/30/05: Our fanart section is a great place for some of Melissa's fans to express themselves through many media, be it a painting, drawing, CGI doll, or digital image and we know there are some CRAZY talented Fahn-Fans out there. However, our fanart section has been totally gathering dust over the last few months! So right now, we're looking for some FABULOUS fanart to put up in the fanart section! So if you have some artistic skills about you, or even if you just wanna draw a little stick figure, show your stuff! Another Change in the Digimon Movie schedule... 9/29/05: It looks like the schedule for Runaway Locomon has changed and we're not sure which is correct... Currently, the ToonDisney website has it listed as airing at NOON on Sunday the 2nd (this Sunday) but Yahoo!'s TV listings list it as 3:00pm now, neither list it as being in the evening as Yahoo!'s TV listings hinted... I'd say tune in both times and hope for the best, unless we get some other form of confirmation. If anyone knows anything else about this one, let us know! More New Audio! 9/26/05: We've gotten the permission for two of our new songs, so they're up in the Audio section. Thanks for bearing with us and over the next couple of weeks, we'll have the rest of the new songs up! Go check 'em out, they're awesome. We promise!!! More Fundraiser Auctions! 9/24/05: The first fundraiser auction is over and we've now got three new ones up now, a holographic Tia card (from the Zatch Bell Collectible Card Game) here and two more Ed cards (from the Collectible Playing Card Deck) here (The 6 of Diamonds) and here (The 4 of Hearts) and bidding is open for the next FIVE days ! Runaway Locomon time and date confirmed! 9/20/05: Yahoo!'s TV listings have confirmed that Runaway Locomon will be debuting on Toon Disney Sunday, October 2nd at 7:00 p.m. and again immediately after at 7:45 p.m. It's only 45 minutes long and the plot centers around Rika (yay!) so tune in and enjoy! (and someone tape it for Jax who doesn't get Toon Disney at school!) Who needs a bake sale when you have Ebay? 9/17/05: This fall we here at Mille Baci are also doing something special! As you all know, we just celebrated our FIRST anniversary here at Mille Baci and have witnessed our growth over the last year! Up until now, the Kittens have been the ones funding this glorious website, but we want to grow even MORE, so we're starting a little fundraiser over at Ebay! We'll be auctioning off some awesome Edward (Cowboy Bebop) and Tia (Zatch Bell) cards that Melissa has graciously signed for us in order to raise money to help pay for our spiffy new(ish) domain and possibly upgrade to more storage space and bandwidth. We have LOTS of cards to auction and this will be going on over the next few weeks! The first auction is up now here! Check it out and support Mille Baci! (Don't forget to bid as high as you want, these are one of a kind and the money all goes to making Mille Baci 100% cooler) Audio Mixup! 9/15/05: SLIGHT mixup with our new audio... Looks like we're still working on getting permish for most of it, so until we have permission we have to take it down. PLEASE, if you downloaded it, do not share it... I know we can't stop you, but for now, please just try? We'll pout! We'll even get Melissa to pout!!! Fact is, we don't want to get in trouble AND we don't want to alienate anyone who might let us use their audio files in the future, so please, for the sake of Mille Baci, please just keep anything we've taken down to yourself until further notice. God willing, it will all end up back up on the site at some time or another... The Voice Demo reel is still up, though. Playbill.com talks Vox! 9/5/05: Playbill.com has just featured an article about Vox Lumiere's Hunchback of Notre Dame which starts previews in Philadelphia, PA this Thursday (Opening night Saturday 9/10)! The article briefly mentions Melissa in the overview of prolific cast members along with a synopsis of the show and mentions of their previous productions. Hope you kittens on the east coast are gearing up for this wonderful show! Have fun! Last Minute TV update! 9/3/05: Cartoon Network's toonami will be airing a Zatch Bell Mini-Marathon tonight (9/3), with an hour of recaps of Zatch's best Mamodo battles AND best "Zatch Moments" so you never know, Zatch and Tia's tag-team against Maruss (or more Tia moments!) will probably make it on! After that is a brand new episode (which may or may not have Tia) afterward! The Zatch Love begins at 8:30 and goes until 10:00!! Enjoy! Role Confirmation 8/31/05: Melissa let us know via e-mail (though Joel posted it earlier on the board) that her character on Mars Daybreak is the lead female, Vestemona "Vess" Lauren, who she describes as being a "really feisty, takes no crap soldier" and says that she's a very fun character to play. As reported earlier, Mars Daybreak vol. 1 DVD comes out September 13th! More Vox! 8/29/05: Last night on the message board, Melissa let us know that Vox Lumiere will be doing two performances at The Ford Ampitheatre in Hollywood, CA October 14th and 15th! Make sure all you west coasters go and check it out and take LOTS of pictures with Melissa (and Joel!) and support some really great theatre while you're at it! Bebop! Bebop! Bebop! 8/29/05: Coinciding with the September 13th Release of Cowboy Bebop: Remix, Cartoon Network's Adult Swim will be airing The Cowboy Bebop Movie, Knockin' On Heaven's Door on September 3rd at midnight (That's this coming Saturday at midnight during AS) Make sure to check out this totally awesome anime movie! Digimodify! 8/27/05: Some chatter on the Message Board has brought our attention to the Digimon Mini Movies that are rumored to be airing in October on Toon Disney! Melissa confirmed to Jax in July that she would be reprising her role as Rika in the Digimon movies, but now we have more info! That's right "Runaway Locomon" and "The Battle of the Adventurers" will be airing on Toon Disney October 2nd and 9th respectively. Tune in for those movies, especially Runaway Locomon on the second--Rika has her own song and Melissa sings it! Thanks Mr. Tuesday and The Toonzone forums! Pint Sized Doom! 8/24/05: The Invader Zim Series 2 figures from Palisades have been released, including the limited edition Hot Topic variations. Included in Series 2 is two versions of Gaz (who comes with drawings of Bloaty, a Bloaty's Pizza Hog box, and a GS2) as well as a small PVC figure line with BeaverGaz from the episode "Gaz, Taster of Pork." The sets are priced between $12.99 and $14.99 each. (They are not available through hottopic.com) New Releases! 8/21/05: This fall is going to be a big one when it comes to new releases! Semptember: Cowboy Bebop Remix vol. 1 9/13, Mars Daybreak vol. 1 9/13; October: Cowboy Bebop Remix vol. 2 10/25, Cowboy Bebop VG 10/11, Zatch Bell VG 10/11, Please Teacher Box Set 10/11; November: Cowboy Bebop Remix vol. 3 11/22, Mars Daybreak vol 2 11/08, Zatch Bell vol. 1 11/08. Start saving up your money now! (Note: we're not sure who Melissa plays on Mars Daybreak, just that she's one of the lead girls. Rockin' the East Coast! 8/15/05: Melissa, Joel, and the rest of the Vox Lumiere crew will bid the west coast goodbye for a while when Vox takes The Hunchback of Notre Dame on tour again, this time to Philadelphia, PA!
